Hello there!

While creating a character with one of my players yesterday evening we came
across the Narcoject pistol/Rifle.

Question: Are Narcoject darts propelled by a gunpowder charge or are they
like paintball-guns? A non-gunpowder weapon is a lot more silent...

Should it otherwise be possible to silence a narcoject pistol?

The same question could be asked about tasers, though I didn't read the
rules concerning them lately...
