I don't want to bring an old discussion to life, so when I missed this
one just say : "did that" and I go for the archives.

Why does a character with thermo-eyes got a +4/+2 mod in partial light/
minimal light etc.?
I always thought it's kind of heat I see when using thermo. What does
light have to do with this.
Are these mods ok or not? I read the article in FoF but this hasn't
answer my question.
