There's loads of hit location tables from various games around -- just use
one of those. A few examples, off the top of my head: CP2020's is D10-based;
MechWarrior has one that uses 1D6 cross-referenced to another 1D6; Phoenix
Command has two _very_ detailed, D100-based ones (too detailed for SR, I
think, even in the basic PC game); plus there are bound to be loads of
others I can't think of at the moment...
