Well,
First of all, forgive me if this has been stated before (I'm coming in
on this discussion a bit late) but there should be no problem creating
a monowhip weapon focus. It'll cost you mucho karma, due to the "highly
manufactured" penalty, but it can be done...
The Grimoire stated that if you wanted to you could turn a car
into a focus...
