Heya again.

Got a quick question on the powers of PA's. Once the game begins, can
they buy more powers? Do they just spend karma on it or do they have to
go and learn it somehow (similar to a mage learning a spell).

Magic: In the rules, it hints that a mage suffers some side/effect from
learning a spell with a power rating greater than his Magic Rating. Is
this true? Is there anything to stop a mage from learning a spell with a
PR greater than his MR?

Can a mages MR be increased above 6?

Can essence ever be increased?
