Greeting. This may be a silly question, but I have been trying to
resolve it for quite some time now.

How do all of you handle the leadership skill?
I am a GM, and I have players who often want to use the skill against each
other. For obvious reasons, I feel that this is a bad idea.
So the questions stands, how do each of you handle this skill?
