I use Leadership against Willpower as a test to get people to do things
they would not normally do. Leadership 6 is a good way to get people
moving... "Stand up, soldier!" and the guy is on his feet wondering how
he got there. A lot of rallying of retreating troops is leadership, as
is persuading scared troops to fight... "Henry V" is leadership in action
You might also have a chance of persuading the enemy to give up...
Leadership is basically the art of making your troops follow you. Even if
it's just from curiosity. It's more of a roleplaying thing than a dice-
rolling contest in our game.
