The CSH adresses that question. It says that hermetics get those
jobs most of the time, but there are shamans of specific totems
(wolf, dog, etc.) that are perfectly suited for such tasks and they
tend to perform even better than hermetics as they view the
installation as their "domain" and their co-workers as thier "pack".
So I still think that a spirit would be better suited.

Conjuring 8 is not just good, its probably the best they'll ever
see. The way I see it a skill of 6 is very good, very good profesionals
have such skills. A person with a skill of 8 would be one of the
best in town or even the whole state/country.
But 50K a day would be enough for such talent :)
