I find one problem with this kid's attributes. I usually interpret a 1
in a (meta)human as being a severe deficiency, like a disease causing the
char's strength to go to 1 (and be bedridden.) In the below case, the
strength of 1 would cause the kid to be extremely exhausted only a bit of
a way into a run, also with 1 willpower, she would pass out in the middle
of a gunfight or any other sort of fight. (Imagine carrying this kid
through a running gun battle) Also, with 1 willpower and almost always a
failure when willpower rolls come up, why would anyone want this person
on their team? I think willpower is the most important attrib in SR,
because if you can't hold your mind together, you're hamburger.
