11 karma is a decent karma alotment. My average is about 3-7
karma for a difficult run and 1-3 for a fairly easy run. I had one
very tough run that was 6 sessions (6+hours per session) where I
alotted from 14-18 karma. (Universal Brotherhood + 3 side runs &
random gang incedents) *I killed one and nearly maimed 2 others*
I guess I have never had to worry about characters raising stats too
fast to worry about it yet.
