On the subject of cultural/gender Bias against gaming.

I have partly experienced this from the other side, that is girls afraid
to get involved in our games in the SU dorms. This is a bit rediculous,
but I can see how they might be worried about image, but I don't
sympathize at all. I personally have had no problems at all with being
labeled a Geek or Nerd and it is a well known fact I am invovled in RPG's
and Magic the Addiction. Iam also one of the highly desired Party
Personages, president of a campus political organization, and a upcoming
though minor player in the local political scene. Don't let the fear of
social nonacceptance stop your recruiting, it is not only possible but
fairly easy to overcome.
