Ah, the memories... For fun, I wrote up Windlings for
Earthdawn(which I now remember are in Paranormal Guide to Europe?) as
PC's. Here's more or less what I did:

+3 Quick
-4 Strength
-3 Body
+1 Intelligence
+1 Charisma

They had Astral Sight(Astral Perception) free. Plus, being
"Pixies" they could fly.

I had a Windling Shaman who had something like:

Body 2; Quick 8; Str 1; Cha 7; Int 5; Will 6. She always ran
from trouble, if she couldn't hide and do a Mana Bolt. Fun to play
though. Always practical jokes. Too bad she died in that car-bomb...
