No... there's full cybernetic interface, which allows you to react faster,
but puts you at more risk. Normal is a mixture of cybernetic and keyboard
interface. Full keyboard interface means all your commands are typed. This
slows you down, but the extra filter helps protect your brain. However, it
still goes through a jack, and is a VR environment, etc, etc.
Tortoising is using a terminal to "deck". This is the only way you can deck
without "jacking in".
