No, I think what he means is he penalized 'em Karma for acting on out-of-
character knowledge, and dropping the silverware after he tells the players
"It's not allergic" as GM.
I can understand that, though personally I think a Karma hit for such a
minor infraction is a bit harsh.. Especially when he knowingly gave them
this information in the middle of the battle. I probably would have waited
until after they'd tried to stab the thing with those butterknives and
spoons, roleplayed the vampire's rather befuddled response, and THEN told
the players it wasn't allergic. By that point, the characters can be
considered to have learned. (And to have shortened their lives.) >8->
