I have a question regarding initiative and wired and
synaptic accel. etc...

Currently the rules are that you can't achieve higher
than 4d6 initiative, but now the CyberTech book
has the +4d6 move by wire *not that I don't think
that this is a viable option but...

I also want to make note of the statement that synaptic
accel. can be combined with wired (or at least move by
wire). what's going on? Are they now saying that
wired three can be combined with synaptic accel. level 1.

Oh yea and the big deterrent
*as long as they are put in at the same time*
