Well Yes and no.
if you buy type "O" (normal)
you are using generic body parts made for anyone from anyone (with
different DNA). If you pay double you can get cloned body parts,
yes that's right cloned from your own DNA. If you want to pay
4 x cost you can get cultured, which is still cloned but is less
different, and reduces the body cost by 25%. (Neural interfaces
like cerebral boost, synaptic accel.,etc are already cultured)
So honestly they would not be unfamiliar, or alien.
