Actually I seem to recall about half a year ago the general opinion on this
list was that they were WAY _under_-powered compared to what many players
had actually created. Also note that I was referring to an unofficial
net-variant of Prime Runners, which had just such characters compiled from
all the PCs and NPCs that were sent in to the guy who edited that net.book.
