Microsoft is megahugely big when it comes to computer software, but what
else do they do? Not to mention (as you actually already did :) that they
have to survive the Crash of '29 relatively intact -- and I sort of doubt
anyone who is as involved as Microsoft with computers would do just that
(apart from if they knew whodunnit :)

Here's a thought: maybe Microsoft wrote the Crash virus...
