Best example of this I've ever had was when the players woke up in a jail
cell. They managed to knock a hole in the wall (don't ask) and got out,
then stood on the road outside the jail arguing about which way to go. I
got irritated, and suddenly leaped up and screamed "They've escaped!"

Ripper was so startled he fell backwards, chair and all. Like a caroon,
over he went, feet up into the air, feet thumping down on the floor. The
game came to a complete halt while I tried to stop laughing.
