this is a stab in the dark, but... you could evaluate it by the
number of people who live there, times the value of their lifestyles
(if purchased), divided by ten. so a block where, say, one hundred
people live at squatter lifestyle would be worth around 100,000 nuyen.
an apartment complex holding 1000 people at low lifestyle (kinda like
my place) would be 10,000,000 nuyen.

yeah, these are high. but corps deal in millions--even billions--of
nuyen all the time. characters are _not_ going to be buying up chunks
of land. :)

this probably needs tweaking, but i haven't run across much hard data
on corporate economics so i can't really do much more than this. :)
