Notes: Anyone with a strength of less then 5 incurs a +1
target modifier. Everyone in the room, who is not wearing
hearing protection, when it is fired incures a +1 target
modifier for subsiquent shots. Effect lasts for two
turns. This pistol uses custom ammuintion.
Mars Folding Submachine Gun: This radical design consists
