I was referring to the present-day Folding SMG, made by a corp called
Ares... Though I bet you know that already, since this thing is obviously
based upon it :)

Why would you not let Ares make a weapon "because it is a corp FASA thought
up"? FASA have also introduced Colt and H&K weapons, by your reasoning they
can't do that because Colt and H&K are companies owned by someone else...

Well yes, I know that, it's just that I like to see complete stats for
things instead of only part of them :)
