Other than some house rules that I would rather die than allow in
my game and some fairly serious abuses of the spirit of the game in
general and the rules in specific, I guess it's OK.
And you want more Reaction and Initiative? Isn't 11 + 4D6 enough
for you??? I don't even allow physad Initiative boost to even be
compatible with bioware, so thank your GM for even allowing this.

This is one such example that take exception to. Granted, I also
use the rule that Bioware only detracts from a mage's Magic attribute
rather than the Essence. It saves mages from a bioware double-whammy that
I'm fairly certain FASA did not originally intend. But only 10% Magic
loss for cultured bioware? Come on. Bioware is already generally
cheaper (Magic-loss wise) than analogous cyberware. Cultured bioware is
cheaper than that. So why only 10%? Yes, it's more like your natural
body, but it's not *that* much like your natural Body. Other wise the
bioware itself would only cost 10% as much, yes? This rule has no
legitimate basis and gives mages and physads the ability to become
bio'ed death machines *in addition to* having magic.

Wait...you took a 4 (or "A" equivalent) in attributes, right?
Spent all 36 and had 4 left over? "A" priority in *skills* is 40
points. Attributes only gives *30* points. So you basically have 8 more
attribute points (two of which are above racial max) than normal.
What are the racial mods of a Sprite? I hope you took at least a
-2 or -3 to Body (you're only three friggin' feet tall...) in which case,
you have *way* too much.
There's a bunch of other stuff that's minor in comparison. Take
the Ruthenium suit, for instance. You have 8 sensors on your helmet.
Shadowtech talks about the sensors being "strategically placed" to give
better info on the area. Yours are all clustered on your helmet, which
is to say, located centrally, not dispersed well to give better data.
Also keep in mind that your helmet is smaller than normal because you're
a Sprite. Did you remember to reduce your Ballistic and Impact ratings
by half due to the electronics?
How much weight can a Sprite carry and still fly? You're pretty
loaded down.
I do, however, like the "favors" thing. That could add an
interesting facet to the game. It's an intriguing idea that I'll have to
ponder upon further. The hardest part would be coming up with plausible
reasons why people owe you favors, but that's what makes character
background so much fun...

All in all, while I think the character *could* be cool, I think
it has become a serious exercise in min/maxing and rules abuse. I'd say
"back to the drawing board."
