Since skills are so Godamn expensive compared to atributes, and we get sick of
racailly maxed caracters, we let everything go up, staying in the same
relative amounts as at caracter creation. We also aply this to studieng
concentrations- you are sure to pick up some general knowledge. This gives an
advantage to those who specialize at cration, though. We are still
experimenting.
