Looked all cool except for a couple things, and this may be due to house
rules, so they aren't solid points.

Bioware reduces the magic attribute in the same way as cyberware. So you've
got about 7 points to make up for (ouch!).

All neural bioware is considered cultured. So you cannot re-culture it. I
noticed that you had everything cultured, but had body index costs that were
normal.
