This is one FASA sort of stopped / sort of didn't, generally wired
and boosted don't stack with anything but there are no rules on the
othes except move by wire and synaptic accelerators in cyber
technology which explicitly lists a way to get 6D6 for initative
[don't advise trying it mind]. GM's therefore vary, some go by the
DLOH rule that 4 is the maximum dice you can roll others allow varied
combinations assuming they are not explicitly banned.
