The single exception to this being Move-by-Wire and the Synaptic
Excelerator, for which guidelines are given in Cybertechnology.

Marc (it's good to see that I'm not the only hard-ass out there as far as
initiative boosting is concerned. I'd rather retire as a GM than allow
some of those combinations)
