There is a mailing list, ShadowGM, dedicated mostly to that purpose. Send
mail to majordomo@****.residence.gatech.edu with "subscribe shadowgm" in
the message body.

The list has been quiet for some weeks now, partly because the network
here is restructuring, but the machine's up and I plan to start some new
projects there in a short while. Now would be a good time to subscribe
and get your ideas posted.
