sorry but full answers can be found in the rbb.when her weapons are in
fixed arc they can not shoot targets that are not in a 5o deggrees
arc.Moveable guns can not fit (accorfing to the riggers black book that
mentions about cf -cf=storage unit- and the bike has little cf
available.so you can not mount moveable weapons in bike.(360 deggrees
round 40 deggrees up ) also the hardpoint compansates the half recoil.
the recoil moifiers are also putting in the the handling of the next turn.

all the snipers in shadowrun have big range and image magnification for
1500 metters
