It takes approxmately 4 years for a child to learn how to
propally control their body and this is during their highest learning
ability. Extra limbs would IMHO require HUGH amounts of essence loss,
You would have to insert cyberware for fine and coarse motor control,
receptors areas for sensation etc, unless....

Okay try this on for size, if the individual wants an extra limb
thats fine, graphting it to the existing body would require
modification to the body as it cannot support any really heavy limb
to any other part other than those already covered. Say 1 pt essence
for the mod. Then there would have to be somesort of 'control
device' ie computer connected to a the equivilent of a datajack. The
computer (more likely a cyberdeck Rtg 1-2) would have to effectively
be running perminently.

Okay so it has a few problems, but this is a thirty second thought
