You can fire a fixed weapon from a bike like any other, you just need to aim
the bike at the target. Firing a fixed (bolted on) weapon from a vehicle
requires an immediate Handling test, in which you add the recoil to the
Handling. Failure means crashing. Oh, and if the weapon fires to the side,
add _twice_ recoil to the Handling :)
