The easiest way that you could do this is to have:
A cyber-torso (modified for 4 arms) (an xtra .5 essence)
A modified skillwires package (double cost) to include
wiring for the xtra arms. (xtra .2 essence)
2 cyber arms - for the xtra arms. (no xtra essence cost)
(paid for by the modified cyber-torso)
The cyber-arms you can't directly control (i.e. you can't
directly perform skills with them), but the skillwires
can control these arms normally.
(i.e. if you have firearms you can't use the new arms to
shoot using this skill - because you haven't learned how
to use these arms (there is no brain neural network for
these 2 additional arms), but slot a firearms chip and
your shooting with the best of them.)
