Well it depends, FASA has explicitly stated that one canot use
different technological reflex enhancements and that magic and tech
dont work together (thus making the use of PA enhanced reflexes
and synaptic accelerators illegal). But magic does work with magic.
This meeans that a PA would very well be avle to use his enhanced
reflexes together with the Increase Reflexes spell, provided
he can find a mage willing to do that for the PA. This also
means that the PA will have many other disadvantages of a magical
nature (permanent gate to the astral etc.) that make such a combo
unpractical, but technically its not impossible for a PA to get
an initiative of x+7d6.
