Not that at all... Ghost was impressed by Sam's cojones and loyalty to his
friends and the corp he worked for. This formed the grounding for the
friendship he later showed in the first book, which in turn was spoiled as
Sam and Sally got on together. When Sam left Sally Tsung, Ghost became less
distant. Pure and simple, and nothing to do with any Totem mysticism (the
relationship between Sam's sister and Ghost was the reverse of what people
have been saying... Ghost used images and stereotypes of Wolf to spur on
Sam's sister, not the other way around)
