It depends, I would not say that the answers the DLoH gave
are as "official" as the published rules. I consider them to be
some sort of last minute "save the day" bug-fixes. Most of the
time they dont even fit in with the rest of the SR world as presented
through the various rationalisations that exist in the sourcebooks.

The best xample about this is grounding. Dowd said that you can
ground through anything but sustained spells, now how do you
explain that other than its a gama balance ruling to cut mages
some slack and avoid raping them altogether.
