i think 99% of the biomass on the earth is in the form of plants and
single-celled animals. a space station, no matter how populated, is
more sterile than even the most lifeless-appearing desert on earth,
and it's unlikely that a space station would have an appreciable
manafield.
maybe if the station had large-scale farming going, but even then i'm
dubious, and i'm also concerned that the essence of such lifeforms
would be compromised by their unnatural conditions.
