Not in the European editions -- I recently discovered that there are
differences between the two when I bought part 3 of the first ED trilogy:
the American books are slightly smaller (a few mm shorter) and have this
weird warning about "if you bought this book without a cover it means it has
been stolen" or something. Not to mention, of course, the text "Printed in
the USA" vs. "Printed in England" :)
But back to what I was going to say: European SR novels are numbered --
Streets of Blood is 9, for instance.
