Yes. Although I don't require it. It's still magic and you have
to get the powers from somewhere. So... Your either a Hermetic
PA (with no need to have a computer or library) or your a
shamantic PA where you get your powers from your totems (any
totem modifiers apply for only special conditions). This gives
definate role-playing advantages, as well as reasons for PA
powers. *it also gives players a chance to create their own
powers to best fit their totem (GM Discression)* (i.e. I might
allow an eagle PA limited flight.)
