According to "Nights Pawn" a smartlinks effect is nothing more than
a small dot (or crosshair or whatever) on your field of vision showing
the exact point of impact of a bullet fired from the smartlinked gun
this particular moment.
In other words its much like the laser sight with two major differences.
a) You are the only one who can see the litle red dot
b) Its much more acurate as it isnt just a projection
