Mana spells have to be targeted on living things, power spells
however can be targeted at just about anything, the planet earth is
certainly not allowed!, though a body score in the millions+ should
stop idiots anyway. Yes i know it says the planet counts as a living
thing, ie you cannot astral project through it, but no manabolting it
either :). The number of cars and helicopters i have seen having oh
so unfortunate accidents with force 6 fireball spells [2 + exclusive
+ expendable = 6 to keep the drain vaugely liveable]
