And that's max. Most vehicles are going to have a fraction of that, and
then the bottom (underside) of the car will usually be armed less. I
rule 1/2 to 1/4 depending on the vehicle. Then again, ya probably would
want to be safe and assume maximum armor, even for the bottom.

Yes, if you want those extra successes to crack the limo, you have to set
it *on* the limo.


You'd probably also want to check if he has any spells quickened/locked
on him (barriers are such a piss). Though that would open him up to
astral assault. Luck to ya!
