Citadel stopped making them at least 5 yrs ago. Don't know if anyone else
took it up.

Some of the miniatures for Vampire do ok for un-chromed characters - I
haven't seen any Mage figs, but if they exist they might be usable as well.

I used to do a batch of a dozen or so in a couple of evenings (allowing
time for stuff to dry etc). Spray 'em with primer, base coat with flat
colors, wash with a similar-color ink to bring out the depth, then drybrush
to add highlights. Wouldn't win any prizes, but gives a surprisingly good
result considering my complete lack of artistic talent.
