How does everyone on here go about using team karma? For quite some time we
have done this by a majority vote. If the majority of team members say "ok"
then no problem, otherwise "no".

But, recently, we've been thinking about weighting the votes: a person with
10 karma in the team pool gets twice the clout, or voting power, of someone
who only has 5. Maybe a better way would be that each member gets his
remaining team karma (we keep tabs on who has how much in team) as the number
of votes he gets to cast. We haven't had the opportunity to try this out
yet and I was hoping someone might have some other suggestions.

Gentlemen, the floor is yours.
