Low frequency audio travels a far distance and penetrated solid objects well.
So, hearing if people are trough a wall or walking around on his floor would
be a possibility. Location, Ie placing those noises, is very poor, however.
So maybe it would work like a "spidey sense"- someone is here, maybe 100 feet
away. But who or where?
This would be more useful outdoors- vehicles would be heard miles of, ala
"Radar oriely".
