Hmmmmm.. I missed that. (There was just too much stuff in there about
decker interfaces and protocol converters and other "adapter" hardware,
I skipped it all until I needed to use it in a run, which hasn't been yet.)

My guess is that they mean the same thing as a Vehicle Control Rig (VCR),
they just don't call it that because it's not a vehicle being controlled.
