I`m not to sure on this I would have to defer to personal opion, I think
that if it is structured on the *sunrise/sunset* then yes they could (sort
of like what if you travled arournd the world with one and managed to keep
up with the sun(it just stays in the same place relative to where you
are))but you will get a different answer with every group.
