If you want to frag the guy attach a claymore to the gas tank (maybe a
little extra C-4 too ;)wire it to the altenator when they turn the key you
not only get a fire ball(ruptured gas tank) but all that shrapnal to
(today`s claymores have some thing like 3000 *balls* in them). You no longer
have to woory about the guy (as long as hes in the car).
