Yeah, it makes for unilinear caracters- One who chose to be (or ended up) Fast
over all other things. Something I noticed recently is the essence modifiers
for sugerry. Now, with a good surgeon and clinic, it is not hard to get 8-10
dice vs. a Tn 4-5 when doing implant sugery down to 0 essence. This reduces
base essence by 20%. Can you say cheap Betawear? Almost mekes the pain of
getting surgery, paing post caractert creation (ie EARNED) money, and paying
street index, worth it. I think any new caracters I have will start very LOW
cyber. Then again, most reflexive systems cost more than any caracter in our
campaign has eaarned. Then again, I can stock up on APDS in carecter gen and
sell it off....
