Erase and redraw, yes. Plus the occasional arrow to indicate some or
another tidbit but that tends to make the whole thing a bit chaotic :)

We don't, we just remember those kinds of things (actually: _I_ remember
those kinds of things :)

(What's a Skittle?) Naturally it doesn't matter, but I have this tendency
to make things realistic, and using skeletons for Aztlan soldiers just
doesn't really fit into that... But we had fun uing them anywy, especially
when the ill-trained and undisciplined (read: GM-controlled) NPCs started
shooting at each other without knowing it :) (Of course that was partly
due to the PC in command placing them rather poorly for an ambush :)

If you can draw just a little bit better than I can, this would be the way
to go. I think I've ever made only one drawing of a char I played and I'm
not going to show it to anyone :)

I have 5 that would work, but not 12 or so :(
