If I recall with accuracy, the Assault Cannon fires HEAP rounds (High
Explosive, Armour Piercing). The high damage code is due to the explosive
effect, the semi-armour piercing (My idea: reduce armour by 25%
instead of 50%) ability is just a bonus.
